Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - 12+ years of experience in software development and architecture roles. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services. - Proficiency in Python, microservices, containers, APIs, CI/CD, and automation. - Strong knowledge of databases (RDS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes). - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services. - Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns. - Ability to create and maintain architectural documentation. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
