Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural strategies and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in technology delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural vision. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and architectural principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Applications Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solution Architecture, Architectural Design. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and services. - Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns. - Proficient in various programming languages and frameworks relevant to architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Applications Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
