Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to influence key decisions and provide expert advice, while also addressing challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and strategic thinking to create innovative solutions that drive success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on architectural direction. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and emerging technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks. - Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Ability to design and implement workflows and automation within ServiceNow. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in service management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
