Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. You will also engage in discussions to refine architectural strategies and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
