Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in technology delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Digital Content Solution. - Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling. - Experience with animation software such as Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D. - Ability to create engaging and visually appealing graphics for various platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
