Summary: As a Backend Lead, you will lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and APIs. You will be responsible for backend architecture, code quality, and team mentorship while working closely with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: o Architect and implement microservices and API-driven solutions. o Define backend best practices and ensure adherence through code reviews. o Lead a team of backend developers and mentor them in technical delivery. o Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams for seamless delivery. o Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security. Professional & Technical Skills: o Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Python, or Java backend frameworks. o Strong knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching. o Experience deploying services on GCP or AWS. o Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Additional Information: o The candidate should have 8+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role. o This position is based Pan India.
