Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in technology delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Strong understanding of system integration and data flow. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance architectures. - Familiarity with security best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
