Role: Java/Oracle Solution Architect
ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement future-state architecture for modern financial and wealth management systems. Design, review, and optimize Java, Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, and cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure). Lead modernization from legacy monoliths to microservices and API-first architectures. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, resiliency, security, and regulatory standards. Partner with business, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, compliant, and data-accurate outcomes. Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (AI/ML, event-driven architecture, serverless computing) to enhance business capabilities. Define and enforce architecture standards, design principles, and coding best practices. Mentor engineering teams and contribute to technical governance and code reviews.

Technical SkillsDeep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. Strong database design and Oracle SQL/PLSQL optimization experience. Hands-on experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, API Gateways, and integration frameworks. Proven exposure to AWS/Azure cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and monitoring/observability tools. Knowledge of Capital Markets or Wealth Management domains is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
