Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the design and implementation phases. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and strategic thinking to create robust and efficient technology solutions that drive success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ. - Strong understanding of messaging systems and their integration with various applications. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of messaging solutions. - Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies. - Knowledge of security best practices related to messaging and data transmission. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
