What You Bring to the Table: Proven experience leading Build-Run teamsxe2x80x94overseeing development, production, and operations. A strong customer-first mindset, ensuring quality and reliability in every release. Ability to manage global, distributed teams and drive collaboration across time zones. Deep understanding of foundational excellencexe2x80x94including service trust levels, monitoring, and incident response. Strong grasp of testing best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. Experience in SaaS environments, managing cloud-based applications at scale. Multi-cloud expertisexe2x80x94hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or both. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Technical fluency in Java, React, SQL Server, or equivalent technologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative architectural solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
