Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance on best practices, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation phase. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technology landscape and driving innovation within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on architectural best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization. - Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. - Familiarity with database management and administration. - Knowledge of security best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
