Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative architectural solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while mentoring junior team members in the process. Roles & Responsibilities: o Architecture Design: Defining the structure, components, and interactions of .NET-based applications and systems. o Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams, providing technical direction, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards. o Solution Design: Creating detailed designs for software components and systems, considering factors like performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. o Code Reviews & Best Practices: Enforcing engineering best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality code. o Technology Evaluation: Researching and evaluating new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the .NET ecosystem. o Cloud Integration: Designing and implementing solutions that leverage cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, including cloud services, deployment strategies, and security considerations. o Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and other tech team, to ensure alignment on architectural vision. o Documentation: Creating and maintaining architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and guidelines. o Mentoring: Providing guidance & mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: o Deep .NET Expertise: Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. o Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cloud services and cloud-native architectures. o Architectural Patterns & Principles. Design Skills: o Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. o Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. o Continuous Learning: Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
