Manager - Implementation (HighRadius)

Riveron is looking for a Manager - HighRadius Technical Implementation to lead enterprise-grade SaaS projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional with 6-10 years in SaaS implementation, functional consulting, or techno-functional roles. You have deep expertise in

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

processes, including

Credit & Collections, Cash Application, and Payment Portal

, and you excel at translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You thrive in leadership roles, demonstrate strong ownership, and have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects while managing multiple stakeholders across technical, product, and client teams.


Your strengths include:

Strong understanding of O2C processes and ability to create visual process flow diagrams. Hands-on experience with SaaS configuration and technical implementation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management capabilities to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations. Preferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP). Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Implementation Manager at Riveron, you will:

Lead and manage full-cycle implementation projects

for HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across global clients. Define and own

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

for customers and ensure successful outcomes. Drive delivery across all phases:

Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare

. Understand client business processes deeply and

map them to product functionalities

to design scalable solutions. Write

SQL scripts

for data gathering and configuration as needed. Oversee technical configuration of functional modules and facilitate technical testing and training programs. Perform

root cause analysis

for service request failures, outages, and performance issues; implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain project governance through issue logs, risk management, timelines, and status reporting. Collaborate with functional leads, technical teams, QA, and product management to ensure timely and successful implementations. Provide guidance on technology and project approaches aligned with best practices and corporate standards.
