Role Summary

An IGCSE school is looking for a

Technology & AI Coordinator

to lead the use of technology and artificial intelligence across the school. This person will play a key role in improving teaching and learning through technology and in building the school into an

AI-enabled school

.

The ideal candidate should have experience in

IB schools

, be comfortable with

LMS platforms

like

Toddle or ManageBac

, and most importantly, have a

strong understanding of AI in education

, including

ChatGPT and effective prompting

.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership

Lead and improve the use of technology in teaching and learning. Support teachers in using technology meaningfully in the classroom. Align technology use with

IB teaching and learning practices

.

AI in Education

Introduce and manage

AI tools

for teachers and students. Train teachers and students on how to use AI responsibly and effectively. Design AI-based programs and workflows for learning and school operations. Help make Fostree a

model AI-integrated school

.

Training & Support

Conduct regular training sessions for teachers. Help staff learn

how to use ChatGPT well

, including good prompting techniques. Support students in developing

AI literacy and digital responsibility

.

LMS Management

Manage and support LMS platforms like

Toddle, ManageBac

, or similar. Help teachers with planning, assessments, and reporting on the LMS.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience working in an

IB school or similar

. Strong knowledge of

Toddle, ManageBac

, or similar LMS platforms. Strong understanding of

AI tools

, especially

ChatGPT

. Ability to train and guide teachers and students. Leadership mindset with hands-on skills. Must be based in

Nellore

and available

full-time

.
