Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- A subject matter expert on all things related to Fusion.
- Work on Workfront Fusion implementation, automations, and integrations with Workfront and other Marketing Technologies
- Build custom-developed methods related to workflow design, automation, and optimization.
- Leverage best practices, and business acumen to ensure the highest level of execution and satisfaction for our stakeholders
- Review business requirements to prepare suggested execution plans and delivery of new Fusion workflows; including deployment, testing, and training
- Leverage Fusion to monitor and maintain data integrity in Workfront and across downstream systems
- Work closely with other platform administrators, marketing technology managers and our Internal Technology Services team to support, configure and expand our platform
- Overseeing acceptance testing and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working in a support project.
- Certification is preferred.
