Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for technology initiatives at each assigned account. Your typical day involves integrating technology contracts and engagements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leveraging technology offerings to enhance the scope of work. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive technology account plans and ensuring the right personnel are engaged to maximize opportunities and foster account growth. Your role is pivotal in driving technology solutions that align with client needs and expectations, ultimately contributing to the success of both the client and the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align team objectives with client goals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Leadership Development. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams. - Ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic recommendations. - Experience in project management methodologies to oversee technology initiatives. - Proven track record in fostering team collaboration and driving performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Leadership Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
