• Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive Process Design Packages (PDP) for plant operations.
• A solid understanding of conducting PHA reviews to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of basic engineering principles essential for optimizing process efficiency and innovation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems systematically.

• Lead process optimization initiatives in the PTA plant to enhance efficiency and operational excellence.
• Oversee development and execution of detailed Process Design Packages for new and existing plant operations.
