Roles and Responsibilities

Provide frontline application support to users across retail, hospitality, and back-office operations Lead and assist with LS Retail implementations and rollout of integrated solutions Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in Dynamics NAV / Business Central and LS Retail Support retail inventory management processes and workflows Conduct training and provide functional documentation for end users Collaborate with technical teams to enhance system performance and usability Perform data analysis and reporting using Power BI and Excel Execute SQL querying for data validation and insight generation Customize, test, and support solutions in C# and LS Retail frameworks

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline 3+ years of experience in LS Retail, Dynamics NAV/BC support or implementation Strong grasp of retail operations, hospitality workflows, and ERP business processes Technical proficiency in SQL querying, C#, Power BI, and advanced Excel Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Prior experience in retail and inventory management systems Experience supporting multi-site rollouts Familiarity with LS Retail architecture and hospitality add-ons preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹107,000.00 - ₹167,000.00 per month
