Techno-Functional Product Consultant - BFSI Domain

About the Role
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space? We're looking for a Techno-Functional Product Consultant who can deliver innovative solutions, drive product implementations, and ensure seamless client experiences.
What You'll Do
? Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
? Configure and customize BFSI products (Core Banking, Lending, Payments, Insurance, Risk Management).
? Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and integration.
? Conduct workshops, demos, and training for stakeholders.
? Support UAT, perform functional testing, and ensure timely issue resolution.
? Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BFSI regulations.
What We're Looking For
? Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of BFSI processes (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Insurance, Risk & Compliance).
? Technical Skills: Experience with BFSI products (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, TCS BaNCS), SQL, APIs, and integration frameworks.
? Functional Skills: Business analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
? Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
? Certifications like CBAP, PMP, or BFSI product certifications are a plus.
