We are hiring for Techno-Commercial Sales(Raw material) in chemical industry for Pan Gujarat and Uttarakhand location

Experience : 3-10 years experience in sales of Raw material to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers.

CTC: 6-10 LPA

Gender: Male only

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue

goals.


Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry.


Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materials.


Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our

raw materials.


Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.


Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.


Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.


Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely

delivery of products and services.


Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company & CRM system.


Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services.

Qualifications:


Bachelor& degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field


Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home

& Personal Care product manufacturers


Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications


Fluent in regional language• along with English & Hindi


Excellent communication and presentation skills


Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems


Willingness to travel as needed.
