Position Overview



We are looking for a dynamic

Techno-Commercial Sales Executive

to join our Sales & Marketing team at our Domjur location. The role requires a strong mix of technical understanding and commercial skills to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders while providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Domjur region. Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Generate leads through sales calls, client visits, and networking. Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

2. Technical Understanding



Understand and explain product/service specifications and benefits. Provide technical solutions customized to client requirements. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and compliance with customer specifications.

3. Quotation & Pricing



Prepare and share accurate quotations based on client needs. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and payment schedules. Follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders.

4. Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular site visits to address client needs. Resolve client queries, concerns, and provide timely support.

5. Order Processing & Coordination



Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, accounts) for smooth order execution. Ensure timely delivery of products/services. Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.

6. After-Sales Support



Ensure customer satisfaction through proper after-sales assistance. Coordinate with service and technical teams for complaint resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in techno-commercial sales (industrial product experience preferred). Strong understanding of technical products and solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to travel locally within Domjur and nearby regions.
