Role Overview
TULS Corp Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a
Techno-Commercial Officer
to support its Renewable Energy, Power, and Infrastructure Consulting assignments. The role involves preparation and evaluation of
technical and commercial documentation
, coordination with internal engineering teams, and
high-quality client presentations
for bids, feasibility studies, DPRs, and advisory engagements.
This position is ideal for professionals with a strong engineering or quantity surveying background, exposure to
techno-commercial processes
, and the ability to
present complex technical information clearly and professionally
to clients and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechno-Commercial & Documentation Support
Prepare and review
techno-commercial proposals
, cost estimates, BOQs, and comparative statements.
Assist in preparation of
RFPs, RFQs, bid documents, and tender submissions
for renewable energy and power projects.
Support preparation of
DPRs, feasibility studies, TEV reports, and bid evaluation notes
.
Review vendor and EPC proposals from both
technical and commercial perspectives
.
Costing, Analysis & Commercial Evaluation
Assist in
CAPEX and OPEX estimation
, life-cycle cost analysis, and financial inputs to project models.
Prepare
price comparison sheets, vendor ranking matrices, and deviation statements
.
Coordinate with finance teams for
cost assumptions, escalation, and payment milestones
.
Support commercial negotiations through data preparation and clarifications.
Presentation & Client Interaction (Mandatory)
Prepare
professional presentations, client decks, bid presentations, and executive summaries
.
Present technical and commercial findings in
internal reviews, client meetings, and tender discussions
.
Convert complex engineering, costing, and contractual information into
clear, decision-oriented slides
.
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
Coordinate with
civil, electrical, mechanical, and financial teams
to compile integrated deliverables.
Liaise with clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, and vendors for technical and commercial clarifications.
Support site teams by reviewing
measurement sheets, variation claims, and progress reports
.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Mandatory
Bachelor's Degree
3-7 years of experience
in a
techno-commercial, QS, EPC support, or consulting role
.
Strong presentation skills
- demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations (mandatory).
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
.
Acceptable Backgrounds
Renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS, hybrid)
Power sector (generation, transmission, substations)
Infrastructure / construction consulting
EPC / PMC / Owner's Engineer roles
(Renewable energy experience preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with solid consulting or power sector exposure will be considered.)
