Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Understand client requirements for IT hardware, CCTV, networking, and server setups. Prepare and deliver

techno-commercial proposals

, BOQs, and tender responses. Conduct

site surveys

and prepare solution designs and layouts (for CCTV, networking racks, server rooms, etc.). Source pricing from vendors and suppliers; ensure

cost-effective solutioning

. Handle

commercial negotiations

and finalize contracts. Coordinate with internal teams for installation, support, and AMC follow-up. Provide

technical demos

, presentations, and training to clients if required. Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in security systems, server hardware, switches, and firewalls. Maintain long-term client relationships and act as a liaison for any post-sales support.

Required Skills & Experience:



Degree/Diploma in

Computer Science, Electronics, or IT

. CCTV Servers & Storage Networking Firewalls and endpoint security Familiarity with

network design

, bandwidth calculations, and surveillance planning. Good understanding of

pre-sales lifecycle

, procurement, and vendor management. Excellent

communication

,

presentation

, and

client-handling

skills. Proficiency with tools like

MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), Visio

, and networking software.
