Job Profile: Techno-Commercial Executive - Bathware Division



Location:

Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:



1. Handle

online sales operations

for bathware products across digital platforms.

2. Manage

backend conversion activities

, including follow-ups, negotiations, and

closing of online leads/sales

.

3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth

order processing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction

.

4. Support

branding and digital marketing activities

, including coordination for promotions, product visibility, and campaigns.

5. Maintain sales data, reports, and MIS related to online sales performance.

6. Address customer queries with a

techno-commercial understanding

of bathware products.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Min. 4 years' experience in

online sales / techno-commercial role

(preferably in bathware, sanitaryware, or building materials).

Strong understanding of

backend sales conversion and closing processes

.

Basic knowledge of

branding, digital platforms, and promotional activities

.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and result driven.
