About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and smart

Techno-Commercial Civil Engineer

who will play a key role in converting leads into confirmed projects. This professional will

visit client plots/sites

, assess feasibility, explain technical and commercial proposals, and

build trust to close the deal

.

The ideal candidate must have a

blend of civil engineering knowledge and sales skills

, with strong communication abilities and experience in dealing with individual plot owners, landowners, or real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit client sites after lead generation to assess project feasibility Explain technical aspects such as soil, structure, design, and construction process Present cost estimates, proposals, and scope of work confidently to the client Handle client objections and negotiate commercial terms professionally Build rapport with individual clients, NRI plot owners, and families Coordinate with the CRM, Estimation, and BD teams for proposal and follow-up Help close deals by giving a strong on-ground impression and technical trust

Candidate Profile:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 12 years of experience in

residential construction + sales or customer interaction

Must be

smart, talkative, and confident in face-to-face meetings

Strong in

client handling, project explanation, and trust-building

Good communication in Odia, Hindi & English
