- Corporate Projects Executive (Experienced)Department:Projects / Institutional SalesLocation:As aboveReports To:Manager - Corporate Projects / GM - ProjectsJob Purpose:To identify, develop, and manage corporate and institutional painting projects by liaising with builders, architects, contractors, and facility management companies to drive sales and ensure project completion as per company standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development - Identify and approach corporate clients, builders, and institutions for painting contracts.2. Project Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution and ensure client satisfaction.3. Sales & Revenue - Achieve sales targets and monitor billing, collections, and profitability.4. Client Relationship Management - Build strong long-term business relations with clients.5. Reporting - Prepare reports and provide regular updates on project and sales performance.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.- 2-5 years of experience in B2B or project sales (preferably paints, construction materials, or interiors).Key Skills:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong presentation and relationship management- Knowledge of project cycles and timelinesCTC Range:Based on the last drawn pay (ref:updazz.com)
