Job descriptionRole & responsibilities;Techno-Functional Implementation Consultant :;We seek a consultant to remotely support global Retail & Hospitality clients. Training will be provided on ICG ERP (Windows) & HIOPOS (Android Cloud ERP).Requirements:

• Provide Remote Implementation, Training & support on the ICG (Windows platform) and

Hiopos ( ICG Cloud platform)

• They will identify problems and requirements, analyze operational procedures, develop business process solutions, prepare work flowcharts, and make database configurations.
• Writing of Microsoft SQL queries to provide custom reports, troubleshoot windows /network related issues.
• Provide Remote Implementation, Training & support on the ICG (Windows platform) and Hiopos ( ICG Cloud platform)

Preferred candidate profile ;3-4 years of experience with strong knowledge in Inventory Management Systems and processes.

• Experience with cloud ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics BC, Oracle Net suite, Odoo, etc.)
• Android OS background is a plus
• Ability to train users and resolve operational challenges.
• Knowledge of Business processes like Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Transfers.
• Understanding of Retail, E-commerce & Restaurant processes (Desktop POS, Inventory, Accounting)
• MS SQL knowledge for queries & troubleshooting
• Windows & network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Retail POS software & hardware
• Advantage if the candidate has worked with any of the well know mid-market cloud ERPs such as Microsoft Dynamics BC, Oracle Netsuite, Odoo , Focus or even any of the local POS softwares such as IDINE, Gofrugal, Pet Pooja, Ginesys , Marg Retail POS or anything similar.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and resolve operational inefficiencies.
