Overview:
Role - SAP Data Quality SME/ Architect
Purpose of the role:
This role will be responsible for design & develop data quality industry best practices, Solution, assisting the business users /data stewards in implementing a global or enterprise level data quality solution and help improving data quality across organization.
Role and Responsibilities

• Accountable for Data Quality solution design, development, Test, and Operationalization across the company
• Partner with Global & Enterprise data teams and consult on data quality capabilities to define, Implement and socialize data definitions, Standards/ Polices.
• Understand functional/ technical design, define best practice, Develop re-usable & scalable DQ solution
• Lead business and technical discussions, educate & drive adoption of the DQ Solution/ tools.
• Collaboration with business users & data quality trustee, Identify and Prioritize DQ issues & Remediation.
• Provide support & Guidance to team for accomplishing tasks and build trust through engagement.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP DQ Platforms - SAP Data Services (BODS), Information Steward (BOIS), etc.
• Sound knowledge in Data Quality Solution design and Architecture using SAP DQ Platform.
• Experience in SAP BODS - Match & Merge/ De-duplication process to identify Master & Subordinate records.
• Experience in SAP BODS - Data Cleanse, Standardize and Enrichment Process/ functionality (Mult-lingual data).
• Experience in SAP BODS ? Address Cleansing and Validation Solution and Functionality (Mult-lingual data).
• Experience in SAP BODS - Data Extraction, Data validation and Reports generation for Batch & Real-time.
• Experience in SAP information Steward - Data Profiling, Rule creation and DQ Scorecard generation.
• Experience in SAP information Steward - Cleansing Advisor, Cleansing Package Builder & Match Configuration.
• Good knowledge in SAP BODS and BOIS admin Tasks - creation of Projects & connections, Schedules, etc.
• Hands-on in SAP BODS/ BTP- DQM MS - Address/ Location Cleansing, Standardizing and Validation
• Good knowledge in key Master Data Domain - Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance, etc.

Technical skill set for DQ SME / Architect Role

• Relevant experience should be: * SAP Data Services (BODS) with Data Quality & Data Integration transforms ? Mandatory ? 6+yrs
• SAP Information Steward (BOIS) ? Mandatory ? 3+ yrs.
• SAP Address Cleansing and Validation Solution (SAP BTP ? DQM Microservices) ? Mandatory ? 1+ yrs.
• Other SAP DQ tool knowledge ? SAP BTP ? DQM Microservices and Master Data Governance (MDG) ? Preferred
