Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial professional to manage and grow our Server and Storage business across Kerala and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation coupled with proven experience in sales, business development, and client management within the IT solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise Server, Storage, and Networking domain.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and OEM partners such as HPE, DELL, Hitachi, Aruba, etc.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close high-value deals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the curve.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasting metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: MBA or bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development within the Server, Storage, or IT Infrastructure industry.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Server and Storage products, enterprise networking, and IT solutions.
Familiarity with solution-selling methodology and enterprise sales cycles.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Other: Willingness to travel as required across Kerala and Bangalore.
