Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Techno Commercial Sales professional to promote and sell our range of

printing ink products (Footwear Industry)

. The role requires a strong understanding of both the technical specifications and commercial applications of printing inks to provide tailored solutions to clients in industries such as packaging, publishing, labeling, and textiles.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify and engage new customers, build long-term relationships, and retain existing clients. Provide

technical support

to customers by understanding their printing requirements and recommending appropriate ink solutions. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to address client-specific technical queries and customization needs. Conduct

product demonstrations

, trials, and training sessions for customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale in line with company policy and profitability targets. Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Chemical Engineering

,

Printing Technology

, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in

B2B sales

, preferably in

printing inks, coatings, or allied chemical products

. Strong understanding of

f

ootwear, sports shoes color prinitng Technical aptitude to discuss formulations, application methods, and troubleshooting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
