Job Description

We are seeking a Techno-Commercial Manager to lead the integration of technical expertise with commercial strategy, driving sustainable business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of construction technologies, market dynamics, and client engagement to ensure consistent business performance and long-term client relationships.

Roles& Responsibilities



Lead techno-commercial proposals, bids, and contract negotiations for engineering consulting projects.

Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements and project goals.

Act as the primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Develop pricing strategies, cost estimates, and commercial models to support project viability.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.

Drive revenue growth by expanding client base and strengthening existing partnerships.

Requirement:

BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil engineering preferred

MBA is an added privilege

8-10 years of experience in techno-commercial or key account management roles within engineering consulting or construction.

Strong knowledge of construction technologies, project costing, and commercial frameworks.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver business results.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
