: Techno Commercial Executive

New Product Development

:

Collaborate with the R&D department to develop new products based on client briefs and market trends.

Ensure that product development aligns with client specifications and quality standards.

Lead Management and Conversion

:

Manage leads effectively, converting them into sales opportunities.

Identify and pursue potential customers through proactive lead generation activities.

Technical Support:



Understand and assess customer briefs, providing technical service and support throughout the product development process.

Troubleshoot and optimize product formulations to meet client requirements.

Presentation and Brief Sharing:



Participate in product and project development briefings and presentations, contributing technical expertise.

Assist in organizing consumer testing activities to gather feedback and insights.

Client Engagement

:

Conduct regular visits or virtual meetings with consumers to understand their needs and preferences.

Prepare necessary documentation for vendor registrations and certifications required by clients.

Knowledge Sharing:



Present technical know-how to clients and internal team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Develop training modules and conduct training sessions for fellow teammates as needed.

Team Collaboration:



Work closely with the business development manager or executive as part of the customer application team, fostering teamwork and synergy.

Initiate discussions and action plans for facility expansions or creations based on market demand and customer requirements.

Relationship Building

:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with multiple customers, earning their trust and respect.

Act as a representative of the company, promoting its values and offerings in the market.

Adherence to Standards:

Maintain high standards of initiative, efficiency, discipline, safety, and economy in all aspects of work.

Education:

Bachelor's , Master's in Science
Experience:

Accounting: 1 - 3 year (Preferred)
