Should lead all the project managers of all projects
Strong knowledge of construction, contracts, and cost management
Handle tendering, contract finalization, and vendor negotiations
Monitor project costs, billing, cash flow, and variations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery
