Core responsibilities

Market research and strategy:

Identify new international markets, understand customer needs, and develop strategies for growth in different regions.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners through effective communication and support.

Sales execution:

Present products/services, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements with international customers.

Reporting and forecasting:

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Compliance:

Ensure all international sales activities comply with relevant global trade regulations.
Required skills and qualifications

Communication and negotiation:

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial.

Cultural adaptability:

Ability to understand and adapt to different cultures and business practices.

Language proficiency:

Fluency in English is often required, and proficiency in one or more foreign languages is a significant advantage.

Business acumen:

Knowledge of international business practices, including Incoterms, is often necessary.

Technical skills:

Experience with CRM software is typically required.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business or marketing is often preferred, along with relevant sales experience.
