We are looking for a motivated

Techno-Commercial Executive (Mechanical Engineer)

to support our Fire Vehicle Manufacturing Division.
The role involves

costing, tender documentation, vendor negotiation, technical review, and occasional site visits

.
Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Tendering

Prepare cost sheets for fire tenders, rescue vehicles, mini tenders, and specialised fire vehicles. Study BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents. Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers and tender submissions. Work with design and production teams to understand material requirements and manufacturing feasibility.

Technical & Commercial Coordination

Interact with vendors for pricing, material specifications, and technical compliance. Negotiate best rates and terms with suppliers. Maintain updated costing database for materials, fabrication, and equipment.

Site Visits & Client Interaction

Visit client sites for requirement understanding, vehicle inspection, or technical surveys. Attend technical discussions with clients and internal teams. Provide clear technical explanations during negotiations or offer discussions.

Documentation & MIS

Prepare tender documents, compliance sheets, and supporting paperwork. Track enquiries, offers sent, follow-ups, and awarded/lost opportunities. Submit weekly reports and costing updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory). Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply. Strong interest in costing, fabrication, mechanical components Good communication skills and confidence during client interactions. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of BOQs/technical documents. Willingness to travel for site visits when required. Quick learner with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
