Job Description



Comprehend the technical specifications and communicate them effectively to clients. Collaborate with the engineering and operations team to prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals. Coordinate with the engineering, operations, and finance teams to prepare detailed techno-commercial offers, quotations, pricing sheets, and tender submissions in alignment with client requirements and company capabilities. Serve as the point of contact between the customer and internal departments to ensure that all technical and commercial requirements are clearly defined, understood, and implemented. Review and analyse Request for Quotations (RFQs), tender documents, and client specifications. Provide strategic inputs for bid/no-bid decisions and ensure timely submission of proposals. Engage in negotiations with clients on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure orders, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability goals, and risk mitigation strategies. Undertake other tasks in line with your role's objectives as assigned from time to time by the reporting authority.
Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Education: Diploma/ Degree Electrical
