We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Professional to join our team. The role will require the candidate to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure with client support. The SaaS Sales/Support Professional will be responsible for maintaining a strong sales pipeline and providing excellent customer service.
Business development
: Working on business development, pre-sales, demos, and expanding company revenues.
Technical support
: Providing technical support to customers, either on-site or online, through phone, web, email, or chat.
1. Offer timely technical support via phone, email, or chat.
2. Diagnose and resolve software issues, collaborating with the development team when needed.
3. Maintain accurate records and update documentation.
4. Provide client training and guidance.
5. Monitor and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience in customer or technical support.
3. Strong SQL database knowledge.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Familiarity with time attendance and payroll systems a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
