Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimum downtime.
Diagnose technical problems in machinery, utilities, or production and provide immediate solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for technical and procurement issues.
Evaluate technical specifications, prepare cost comparisons, and negotiate with suppliers.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are strictly followed.
Manage and control project budgets, materials, and timelines.
Maintain documentation related to maintenance, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
Support management in decision-making through techno-commercial analysis and reporting.
Coordinate between production, maintenance, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.
Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or Industrial Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in textile or manufacturing plant operations (preferred)
