Job Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in the

development, assembly, and installation

of wiring harnesses for automotive applications.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and harness drawings.

Perform

crimping, soldering, routing, and connector assembly

as per specifications. Support

prototype and production harness building

under the guidance of engineers. Conduct

continuity testing, insulation checks, and troubleshooting

of wiring issues. Ensure

proper tagging, bundling, and protection

of harnesses as per design standards. Coordinate with

design and testing teams

for harness modifications and validation. Maintain

records of changes, material usage, and test results.

Follow

5S, safety, and quality procedures

during all wiring operations. Support the

implementation of design improvements

based on feedback from vehicle testing and production.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

Hands-on experience in

automotive wiring harness assembly and testing

. Knowledge of

electrical components, connectors, terminals, and crimping tools.

Ability to

read wiring schematics and electrical drawings.

Understanding of

vehicle electrical systems and circuits.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with

testing tools (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
