Job Description

The Technician is responsible for performing technical tasks, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, systems, or infrastructure. The role involves hands-on work, inspections, documentation, and support for operations to ensure smooth functioning of machinery or systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment, systems, or infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical faults as needed. Install, test, and calibrate equipment and machinery according to specifications. Record maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts usage accurately. Ensure tools, instruments, and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated. Adhere to health and safety protocols and company SOPs during all work. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, or other technicians for complex tasks. Provide technical support during equipment upgrades, modifications, or installations. Respond quickly to breakdowns or service requests to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Education:

ITI, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, IT, etc.)

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role (freshers with strong fundamentals may be considered).

Skills:

Basic technical knowledge of relevant tools and systems. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, or schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
