Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a

Solar Technician / Electrical Technician

in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects. Sound knowledge of

solar panel installation, wiring, inverters, and electrical systems

. Ability to

read and understand electrical drawings and installation manuals

. Familiar with

testing tools, safety procedures, and maintenance practices

. Good understanding of

AC/DC systems, earthing, and load distribution

. Ability to work

independently or as part of a team

under minimal supervision. Physically fit to handle on-site work and comfortable working outdoors. Strong

attention to detail

and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to different project locations as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain

solar PV systems

at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Ensure all installations comply with

technical specifications and safety standards

. Assist engineers in

wiring, mounting, and system commissioning

. Conduct

routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

of solar systems. Inspect equipment and identify technical faults or potential risks. Measure and verify

system performance using testing equipment

. Maintain

daily reports, service logs, and material records

. Coordinate with

Project Engineers and Site Supervisors

for smooth workflow. Follow all

health, safety, and environmental guidelines

on site. Support in

customer demonstrations and after-installation service

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,369.41 per month
