Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Technician Trainee

to join our installation team in Calicut. This is an

entry-level, hands-on technical role

designed for individuals looking to start a career in journey with us. You will work closely with experienced technicians, assisting in installing and assembling premium Tostem window systems.

Full training will be provided

, so prior professional experience is not mandatory.

This role is ideal for

recent ITI graduates in Fabrication

, or candidates with similar technical training who are eager to gain practical experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians with the

installation and fixing of Tostem premium windows

Help with

preparation, assembly, and on-site installation tasks

Follow all

safety and quality standards

during installation processes Support the team with

technical tasks and material handling

Work overtime when required (overtime pay provided) Learn and adopt best practices for efficient and high-quality installation

Qualifications & Skills

Recent ITI graduates

(Fabrication or related courses) preferred 10th/12th pass or equivalent will also be considered Strong willingness to

learn and develop technical skills

Ability to

work effectively in a team

and follow instructions Physically fit to handle on-site installation work Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary: ₹12,000 per month

Overtime pay as per company policy Full

Monday to Saturday

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
