Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technician Trainee to join our machine manufacturing team. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training in various aspects of industrial machine assembly, testing, maintenance, and quality control. This is an entry-level position designed to develop technical skills and practical knowledge in a real-world manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and installation of mechanical and electromechanical machinery as per technical drawings and SOPs. Support maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines. Learn and operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively. Participate in machine testing and inspection under the guidance of senior technicians. Record work activities, defects, and measurements in daily logs and checklists. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area and follow all safety procedures. Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Continuously improve technical knowledge through on-site training and mentorship.
