Purpose of the Role
1. Achieve the desired production output of fixtures, mandrels, gauges and special tools as per plan
2. Ensure 100% machine utilisation and Quality Assurance
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Monitoring the machine coolant, oil level and other machine parameter checking
Arranging the instrument tools for parts measurement
Tool Selection in machining centers / Grinding wheels selection for grinding operation
Operate the machine as per CNC program
Critical dimension checking and correction
Trouble shooting of machine issues in CNC machine
Load arrangement for next shift
Stock availability checking and collecting the materials from stores ,Assemble the fixture.
Assembly of fixtures as per customer requirements
Follow TQM steps in machine
Programming for all NPD components
