Job Title:

Technician - Soldering & Wiring
Location: GROWCONTROL POWERTECH PVT/HYDERABAD
Department: Production / Assembly
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Technicians to join ours company. The candidate will be responsible for PCB soldering, wiring, assembly, and testing support of power electronic systems used in industrial and defense applications.Key Responsibilities:Perform soldering and desoldering of through-hole and SMD components on PCBs.Carry out electrical wiring and cable harnessing as per wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.Ensure quality workmanship and follow company ESD and safety standards.Perform basic continuity and insulation checks using multimeter or test equipment.Work with the engineering team during prototype and production builds.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of electrical/electronic components and symbols.Hands-on experience in soldering, crimping, and wiring.Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and BOMs.Familiarity with tools and instruments such as soldering stations, multimeters, and crimping tools.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in SMPS, inverter, or power supply assembly preferred.Candidates with prior experience in defense or industrial electronics will have added advantage.
