ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
2-4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry
Strong knowledge of vehicle service processes
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, suspension, electrical, etc.)
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
Ensure accurate repair work as per manufacturer standards
