Job Description

Detailed Responsibilities:

Pre-operative Preparation:

Sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment. Ensuring the operating room is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Preparing the operating table and ensuring proper positioning for the procedure. Assisting with patient transfer to the operating room. Preparing the patient's skin for surgery.

Intra-operative Assistance:

Providing instruments and supplies to the surgical team during procedures. Operating and maintaining equipment like suction machines, lights, and monitors. Monitoring the patient's vital signs and assisting with positioning. Maintaining a sterile field and ensuring a safe surgical environment.

Post-operative Duties:

Assisting with the clean-up of the operating room. Disposing of used instruments and materials according to protocol. Sterilizing and restocking the operating room for the next procedure. Maintaining and calibrating surgical instruments and equipment.

Other Responsibilities:

Managing hazardous waste and following biomedical waste disposal protocols. Following radiation safety guidelines. Working effectively with other members of the surgical team. Ensuring the availability of medical and diagnostic supplies. Maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure working environment.

Pay: ₹15,111.00 - ₹25,111.00 per month
