Role: Manufacturing Technician

Role Definition

Manufacturing Technician is one who is responsible for timely manufacturing activities in the organization.

Exp Required : 1 TO 3 YRS

Tasks & Activities

Planning

Assisting Head Production and Development in planning of manufacturing schedule.

Production/Assembly of Accessories and Equipment

Manufacturing of equipment's with desired specifications and quality.

Reduce materials costs to the lowest levels consistent with quality objectives. Cost saving budgeting and targeting.

Internal trial

Conduct internal trials for meeting specifications and quality standards and make a QC report and final inspection report separately for each product.

Record Keeping:

To carry out a comprehensive review on dispatched material or products, maintain data sheet given by ISO team for each & every products and it should be approved by respective HOD/ Sr. Mfg. Engineer.

Vendor Visit

Manufacturing technicians needs to visit vendors at the time of urgency of work.
