Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and Repair:

Identify and fix mechanical and electrical faults in two-wheeled vehicles using diagnostic tools and practical skills.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform regular service checks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and filter replacements.

Parts Replacement:

Replace defective or worn-out parts, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical components.

Safety Checks:

Conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used.

Customer Service:

Communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and solutions.

Teamwork:

May be required to mentor junior technicians and contribute to a positive workshop environment.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations.

Inventory Management:

May be involved in maintaining parts inventory and ordering supplies.

Staying Updated:

Keep abreast of new technologies, service bulletins, and best practices in the field.
