Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on

Technician

with a strong foundation in electrical/electronic systems and battery technology. You will play a key role in supporting the development, testing, and validation of next-generation battery systems and EV components.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct battery pack and cell testing using specialized tools and software. Operate BMS (Battery Management System) software for diagnostics and monitoring. Assist in the setup and execution of test protocols for EV systems. Handle electrical components safely during assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Log test data, observations, and system parameters in structured formats (Excel/data entry). Work closely with engineering teams to identify issues and implement solutions. Maintain lab/test equipment and ensure safety standards are followed.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring. Understanding of battery chemistry and operation (Li-ion preferred). Familiarity with BMS tools, diagnostic software, and multimeters. Experience with battery testing equipment (e.g., cyclers, testers, load banks). Basic MS Excel and data entry capabilities. Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
